Is there love in a world where illegal drugs are distributed by a non-profit group, police have disrespect for the homeless, homeless have disrespect for the police, conservatives won’t listen to liberals and liberals cancel the conservatives? Well, Emily and Wyatt think so. Maybe they have different political and social beliefs but start a love affair based on trust and understanding. Something that is destined to fail once their friends get involved.
Please note, this is a stage reading by actors, not an actual performance, but the songs will be sung by the actors to enhance the performance. At the end, the audience will have a chance to provide feedback to the playwright.
