Improv for GOOD

Saturday night, April 30th at 7:30 pm

We’ve got a great show for you!

This month's show is an encore benefit for the Rainbow Community Center.

Last year we Where able to raise $450 As a symbol of our on going support for the great work they do for the community.

Act II improv was formed by improvisational actors that believe in performing “for good.”  They formed Improv for Good as a way of giving back to the community, making it a central part of the troupe.  While paying forward is important, they also seek to provide a creative outlet for improvisational artists to innovate and grow.

Act II improv has focused developing skills to produce long-form scene based improvisation.  Frequent visitors to their productions coined the phrase “... dramatically comedic” to describe how they weave their humor and dramatic reality.

Improv for Action

Saturday night, March 26th at 7:30 pm

Substance use disorder and overdose deaths are at an all-time high in America.  No community is safe from the flood of illegal fentanyl that is being distributed in the form of counterfeit pills or added to other street drugs such as heroin, meth, cocaine and even marijuana. Education saves lives!

Join Act II Improv for a unique way to learn about prescription drug and opioid safety.  Their performance will share vital information, break down misconceptions and inspire attendees to take simple steps to protect themselves, family and friends.

Their performance will not only educate, but Funny Bones Productions is donating their time, considerable talent and event proceeds to support the vital community education programs provided by the National Coalition Against Prescription Drug Abuse (NCAPDA).
