Valentine’s Day Comedy at the Campbell Theater in downtown Martinez

CoCoComedy.com is teaming up with The Martinez Campbell Theater to give you a fun and easy date night for Valentine’s Day.

Showtime 8:00, (doors open at 7:00) giving you plenty of time for dinner before the show.  Since it’s a work night, this show will only go until 9:30.

We’re having a little fun with our lineup for this show.  Since our April show will be an all ladies show, we’ve decided to bring in a couple of our favorite “old guys.”

Our headliner for the evening is Dan McGowan.

Dan performs comedy all over the country.  He was the winner in the Branson Comedy Festival and recently filmed a Dry Bar Comedy Special.  He has appeared on Last Comic Standing, Celebrity Name Game and several television commercials.

Our feature act for the evening is Morty “The Mortician” Stein.

Morty Stein is a Travelling Comedian who has been entertaining audiences young and old for many years.  Audiences love his easygoing and casual personality, along with his unique story telling about many different topics that everybody can relate to.  Many people say his style is a cross between Tom Papa and Mike Birbiglia.  Most of his shows are private, corporate events, but he has appeared on the stages of many prestigious clubs and small, intimate theaters across the country.  Morty also produces several shows around Northern California and is also the creator of the touring comedy show “OK, BOOMER!” He also has developed quite a following on TikTok educating people and answering their questions about his former day job as a Mortician under the channel “Funeral Home Confessions.”
