The Campbell Theater is available for rent to persons or organizations.  Rates vary depending on the type of event, technical needs, set up and rehearsal time, and so on.  We can seat 104 people.  The stage area is 24 by 12 feet.  The lobby is expansive and may also be rented for your food and beverage service (you will need your own permits) or our staff can provide refreshments including alcohol.  We have our own liquor license for sponsored events.

Although we have hosted everything from weddings to rock bands, the space is most suitable as a performance venue for plays, stand-up comedy, film, improv and acoustical music.  We have had great success with workshops and recitals as well.

Theater rentals require a $100 deposit to secure your date.  The deposit is refundable upon giving 1 week or greater notice of cancellation.  Simply call 925.350.9770, option 5, and leave a message.  No-shows will not be refunded.

Our “Private Watch Parties,” feature a 17’ wide-format screen with an HD Laser Projector and 5.1 Surround Sound.  Simply bring your own Blu-ray or DVD and enjoy!  The Campbell Theater allows G thru R features, but does not provide any source media.  As a condition of rental, you shall NOT sell tickets in any form or fashion to Private Watch Parties.

“Private Watch Party” rentals require advance payment to secure your date.  The rental is refundable upon giving 72 hours or greater notice of cancellation.  Choose an available time slot from our Theater Rental Page or call 925.350.9770, option 5, and leave a message.  No-shows will not be refunded.

Please note that an open date on the main calendar is not necessarily an available rental date.  We do have rehearsals and set-building days that are not detailed on this main calendar.
