About the event
Theater Rental for Private Movie for you and up to 50 guests. Documentaries, fundraisers, and other media presentations should contact The Campbell. Do not book a movie time slot.
To rent the theater for your private movie, simply buy a ticket for an available date and time. An available slot will display a “Buy Tickets” Button. Unavailable slots will display a “Theater Rental Unavailable” message.
Time Slot: Private Movie Rentals are for the 3-hour block of time, purchased. If your feature is greater than 150 minutes (2½ hours), DO NOT book a time slot on this page! Call or email The Campbell, so that we may make special arrangements for you.
Media: Renter must provide their own Blu-ray or DVD to exhibit. The Campbell does not supply presentation media. The Campbell does not support streaming media or provide Wi-Fi access for streaming. Movies with an MPAA rating of G, PG, PG-13, R are acceptable for presentation.
Ticket Sales: Tickets/seats SHALL NOT BE SOLD / RENTED / LEASED for this event. Theater Rental is meant solely for sharing a feature, you provide, with your guests. NO admission of any sort shall be charged to your guests.
Concessions: The Campbell Theater has food and beverage items available for purchase at our concession area. No outside food & bev are permitted, except for Cakes, Cupcakes, and Cookies related to special events like birthdays, anniversaries, etc., contact the theater if you have questions.
Chaperones: Movies or features which may have minors in attendance shall be chaperoned at the rate of 1:10 i.e. 1 adult (21 years or older) for up to 10 minors.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a Theater Rental, please call the Theater at 925.350.9770 or email us at live@campbelltheater.com at least 72-hours prior to your rental time, so we may cancel staff.
We’ll gladly reschedule you for another date, when available. If that doesn’t work for you, then we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
